Curtis Maruyasu

United Industrial Services, LLC recently worked with Untied Development Group, a sister company, to design and install a loading and unloading system for Curtis Maruyasu.

The design called for a load and unload function for their products.

For the loading procedure.

The basket is set on the conveyor
The basket is elevated
The tray then moves under the basket
Forks then set the basket and tray on the oven input conveyor

For the unloading procedure:

The basket and tray are removed from the oven conveyor
The basket and tray are separated
The tray returns to the load end
The basket waits to be unloaded
